This page will provide you with general information, billing and membership questions
and other common queries for our network of sites.
Please read through these common
questions before contacting us using our ticket system at the bottom of this page.

Q: Will my email address or personal details be disclosed to any third party?
A:
Absolutely NOT. Your information is considered confidential. We will not sell, lend or give any information out to anyone.

Q: Is joining any of your websites discreet as i don't want family members to see what site(s) i have joined?
A:
There is no mention of the website you have joined nor anything explicit on your statement.


Q: Do your sites contain pop ups, spyware or viruses?
A:
Absolutely NOT! We hate these as much as you. For safer surfing, check out our guide here.


Q: How do i cancel my membership?
A:
Cancelling your membership is very easy and can be done in a matter of seconds at any time. We use more than one billing company however and the billing company you joined with will show on your confirmation email.

If you have have joined using merchant s-four (or known as Netbilling), simply enter any of the 3 fields (or just your username and password) at

If you have have joined using Paycomeu.net, simply enter any of the 2 fields at THIS PAGE where you can cancel.

If you have have joined using Local Billing , visit THIS PAGE where you can cancel.

If you have have joined using CCBill, simply enter any of the 2 fields at THIS PAGE where you can cancel.

If you have have joined using 365 Billing, simply enter any of the 2 fields at THIS PAGE where you can cancel.

If you have have joined using NetCash, then this is an 'anonymous' join and we have no information about your purchase on file. Please visit the Netcash website at THIS PAGE where you will find more information. We cannot assist you in lost usernames and passwords as we have no details on file about your membership subscription.

Q: I have not received a sign up confirmation email with my purchase details?
A:
If you use a Yahoo/Hotmail or other 'free' email address, be sure to check your spam/bulk folders. Free email services tend to filter out many imortant emails. Always try and use a 'proper' email address when making any online purchases.


Q: I am unable to join any of your sites with my card?
A:
1. You have exceeded your limit on your credit card.
2. Your name and card is in a negative database due to past spending habits online. IE: You have made chargebacks (blacklisted and in a negative database shared by many online companies) or made refunds at other websites online.
3. Your IP address does not match the country of your credit card. IE: You use a U.S. registered credit card but you are trying to signup to the website with an IP from Indonesia.

4. You are from a country with a high risk of credit card fraud.

Q: My username and password does not work?
A:
1. Ensure you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsItivE. Make sure your caps locks key is not on accidently. IE: if your username is: 'fredbloggs'
, and you type in 'FREDBLOGGS', this will fail.

2. Ensure your are entering the correct code.
3. Your cookies must be enabled.

4. You have shared your password or your password has been compromised.
*** If your username and password have been compromised, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you used upon joining with a new password ***

Q: I have forgotten or lost my account details, what should I do?
A:
Use THIS LINK to retrieve your login details.

Submit a ticket at the bottom of this page complete with the name used on the card you joined with and the website you have joined. By not including this information, an answer may be delayed. Tickets sent to us saying only "I have lost my details" or " my password does not work" are of little help to us and just delays the proccess of us assisting you. Please include as much information as you can so we can answer your question 1st time.

Q: I joined using your 'access all sites' option but do not see the links to these other sites?

Q: When i try to play a movie, i get an error message?
A: Always download the movie files to your hard disk before playing. Simply right click on a movie link and select "Save target as" from the pop up menu. Select a location on your computer and press "save". Once the download has finished, simply double click on the movie file and it will play.
Left clicking the movie links (streaming) will sometimes give an error message such as "The source filter could not be found. Always save the files to your hard disk described above.
We always reccomend that you use Windows Media Player which is pre-installed on all PC's running Windows. It is always best however to use the latest version available which can be downloaded for free direct from the Microsoft website HERE


Q: The movies will not play on my Mac?
A:
To play movies on a Mac, you need Windows media player 9 installed.
You must also save the movies to your hard disk before playing and not simply click the movies as this will give errors.
If using a basic one button mouse, hold the 'Ctrl' key whilst clicking the mouse which will emulate a right click giving you the option to save the file to your hard disk.

Q: Are the movies i have downloaded mine to keep?
A:
Yes! The movies are yours to keep forever and we DO NOT use any form of DRM (digital rights management) on any of our movie files.


Q: I have a question not listed on this page and i need to contact you?

Q: If i need to contact you using your ticket support system, should i give you my credit card number?
A:
No, never include your credit card number if you need to contact us. In very rare occasions, we would only ever need
the last 4 digits of your card number.

If you submit a ticket, please do not simply put a one line message such as...

"I have lost my password"
"My login doesn't work"
"I can't login?"
"I have forgot my details"


In order to assist you first time, please provide as much info as you can listed below:


1: The site URL you have joined (IE: www.domain-name.com)
2: Your username and password.
3: Include as much information about the problem you are having.
4. The email address you used when joining.
5. The name used whenyou joined the site.

6: The billing company you joined the site with.

Failure to include any of the above will delay replies.
